Meeting Agenda Template

Stop running meetings that waste time. This template gives you proven agendas for every meeting type — plus a blank agenda to customize for any occasion.

The 5 Rules of a Great Meeting

  1. 1. No agenda, no meeting. If there's no clear agenda sent in advance, cancel it.
  2. 2. Every meeting has one owner who is responsible for outcomes and next steps.
  3. 3. Start on time, end on time. Respecting time is respecting people.
  4. 4. End with commitments — who does what by when. No open loops.
  5. 5. If it can be an email, make it an email. Protect focused work time fiercely.
