You'll receive a welcome email with membership details, plus a separate invitation email titled "You've been invited to..." — check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Click "Accept Invitation" in the invite email. You'll be taken to a sign-in page — create your account using this same email address. This is how you unlock portal access.
After signing in, visit your portal directly at thehastengroup.base44.app/portal — bookmark it for easy access. Book your first session from the Schedule page.
