1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing a coaching program, or engaging in any services offered by The Hasten Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrollment.

2. Nature of Services

The Hasten Group provides business coaching, leadership development, entrepreneurial strategy, and related consulting services. Coaching is a professional relationship intended to support clients in achieving personal and professional goals. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice. Results are not guaranteed and depend on the effort, commitment, and circumstances of each individual client.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

All coaching programs are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By enrolling, you authorize The Hasten Group to charge your payment method on file each month for the agreed program fee.

Promotional Pricing: Where a promotional or discounted rate has been offered, the discount applies for the stated period only (typically 2 months). Upon expiration of the promotional period, billing automatically reverts to the standard program rate. You will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with a minimum of 7 days written notice before your next billing date. Cancellations do not entitle the client to a refund of any amounts already charged.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of coaching services, all payments are non-refundable. In extraordinary circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of The Hasten Group.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to actively participate in sessions, complete action items, and communicate openly and honestly. The Client acknowledges that success in any coaching program requires personal commitment and follow-through. The Hasten Group is not responsible for outcomes resulting from a lack of Client participation or effort.

5. Confidentiality

The Hasten Group will keep all information shared by the Client during coaching sessions strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. Similarly, the Client agrees to keep proprietary materials, methodologies, and frameworks shared by The Hasten Group confidential and not to share or reproduce them without written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, frameworks, worksheets, guides, and materials provided by The Hasten Group are the intellectual property of The Hasten Group LLC and are licensed to the Client for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of any materials is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability & Release

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Hasten Group LLC, its owners, coaches, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in any coaching program or use of any materials, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of profits.

The Client acknowledges that business results vary and that coaching outcomes are not guaranteed. The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with implementing any advice, strategies, or recommendations provided during coaching. The Client hereby releases The Hasten Group LLC from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the coaching relationship.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State in which The Hasten Group LLC is registered.

9. Modifications

The Hasten Group reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Clients will be notified of material changes via email.
